On day 2 of the Florida vacation, Dad and Dave headed off for a morning round of golf. Dad shot a 95 and Dave had 97. The heat index was about 116. If it were a little cooler, Dave would have shot closer to his usual round in the low 80's.
The boys went back to the beach in the morning with Aunt Jo and Mom.
In the afternoon, Pete and Sam went with Mom and Dad to Cancun Lagoon for some Mini Golf:
then downtown for a discounted dinner at the non-air-conditioned Pizza De Roma:
and then a short walk over to the Gay Dolphin. Sam bought a pirate gun there. Pete gave Zoltar the fortune teller a quarter to learn that one deed is worth more than a thousand good intentions. Dad asked the prayer people on the boardwalk to pray for Pete's breathing to be better that night.
Dinner at Fat Matt's was uneventful, other than Mom getting stung by a bee.
After dinner, the boys played with the neighborhood kids until bedtime.
