Pete has been bringing some of his change in to camp each day for a snack from the vending machine. He got smoothie skittles on Wednesday, and had been planning all week to get some Shockers on Friday. We found out Friday evening that he did not get Sohckers because his friends didn't have any money so he gave his money to them so they could get something, and did not have enough left to get anything for himself.
I hope that someday his selflessness will rub off on the rest of us.

is he going to day camp? or just a week long specialty camp?
when shayna went to the penn state kids college last summer one of her favorite things was using the vending machines at lunchtime in the college caf. she would always make sure she had change in her purse.
